DR. J.B. Hays
Dr. J.B. Hays is an American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial certified surgeon and diplomate. He served on the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners for 5 years, commissioned for 2 years as president. He has also served on the Arkansas Board of Dental Examiners for 11 years.
Dr. Hays attended the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate degree. Thereafter, he attended the Washington University School of Dentistry in St. Louis, Missouri. At 22 years of age, he became one of the youngest graduates in school history. During his senior year, Dr. Hays was one of 5 seniors to receive the C.V. Mosby Scholarship Award. Dr. Hays then went on to serve and fellowship his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Mayo Clinic.
In his pursuit of continued education, Dr. Hays earned a Mayo Foundation Fellowship. He received a graduate degree with a certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine.
Dr. Hays has always had a heart and home in Arkansas, assisting in the education and mentoring of over 70 practicing dentists. He serves weekly at one of the most helping non-profit medical-dental clinics in Arkansas.
